Agreed. This letter, which pretty much trashes Hillary’s chance of winning, is Comey’s public gift to President Trump in the hopes for a quid pro quo where Comey avoids prosecution.
I think Comey re-read his job description Reily... and discovered there was nothing in there about protecting corrupt elites from the consequences of their actions.
