People who can’t drive safely while drunk just shouldn’t do it.
I’ve always thought limited drunk driving should be legal. No freeways, never exceeding 15 miles an hour by even 1 mph, 4 way flashers on, no leaving the city. People need a way to get home or to a place to sleep.
There would be far fewer bad wrecks. And if someone gets hit by someone going 15 mph with the flashers on.... then that’s kinda on you a little bit.
