This was in fact explicitly confirmed by State Dept. personnel during the Benghazi hearings. I remember watching it. I'll bet it's on You Tube somewhere -- maybe some helpful FReeper can supply a link (which is the sort of thing I think the orig. poster is looking for.) I'd search myself, but I'm really only on FR this afternoon for a quick skim of what's going on... It's back out to my shop in a couple minutes.
