I'm in a heated debate with some people who are unsure who they will vote for. They contend that the Benghazi tragedy happened because the Republican congress cut funding for embassy security and so Hillary is innocent.

Agreed. You are wasting your time with trolls. Anyone who knows enough to claim no stand down existed knows better. In fact the two retired SEALS killed were specifically ordered not to go and went anyway and THAT bit has nothing to do with the stand down orders given in Tripoli AND in the Med Fleet.
