Biblically, national judgements only.

(as the example you posted illustrates)

Individuals will be judged “according to their deeds,” when the books are opened.

“Biblically, national judgements only... Individuals will be judged ‘according to their deeds,’ when the books are opened.”

I try to keep an open mind and especially not misconstrue positions that are put forward about what the Bible teaches on subjects that are not exceedingly clear, but I am having difficulty either following your line of reasoning or accepting the evidence you are putting forward.

Individuals are certainly judged here on this earth, during their lifetimes, during this current age of super-abounding grace. Certainly not EVERY individual for EVERY sin is judged NOW, or the final judgement would be unnecessary. But there are times and cases where God does judge individuals, and not just nations.

Acts 5:3-6
But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself? While it remained, was it not your own? And after it was sold, was it not in your own control? Why have you conceived this thing in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God.”
Then Ananias, hearing these words, fell down and breathed his last. So great fear came upon all those who heard these things. And the young men arose and wrapped him up, carried him out, and buried him.

Acts 12:22-23
And the people kept shouting, “The voice of a god and not of a man!” Then immediately an angel of the Lord struck him [i.e. Herod], because he did not give glory to God. And he was eaten by worms and died.

1 Corinthians 5:12-13
For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? But those who are outside God judges. Therefore “put away from yourselves the evil person.”

1 Corinthians 11:29-32
For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged. But when we are judged, we are chastened by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world.

1 Timothy 5:24
Some men’s sins are clearly evident, preceding them to judgment, but those of some men follow later.

1 Peter 4:17
For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?
