True in my case. I do frequent short fasts. Under 14 days. Do vitamins/supplements. First couple days or thereafter when hungry you sip water. I do the high alkaline water). My purpose is gut cleansing n detox. Truly is a spiritual side. Weight loss a tagalong benefit

should have read your post first, I went on a water fast and found the same thing. after 3 days I was no longer hungry, but when I went off the fast could only get clear soup down for several days and gradually my appetite returned. Went on the fast for spiritual reasons....
