I’ve not been “pro-any candidate” since 1980. I don’t vote for a candidate. I vote against one via a vote “for” the candidate with the best chance of defeating the one I’m voting against.

So I’m most definitely voting “for” the candidate with the best chance of beating Hillary.

I’ve not listened to or read Beck for at least 6 years. and even then, I tried a couple of times and just got too annoyed.

And my pessimism really isn’t about any of the candidates. It is about the world as it sits. I don’t think there is a human solution to the mess we are in. Reagan, himself could not solve this. We are in a death spiral and we are going to ride this sucker to the bottom.

Good news is that my faith is in Jesus, not some human leader. I’d go crazy if I was not a follower of Him. The future is just too bloody obvious. I feel like the Bruce Willis character in 12 Monkeys visiting the past.
