I have since moved her litter box and water and food bowl in there also and have kept the door closed.
Hopefully when I go to bed tonight she will join me on the bed as she did the first night she was with me since in the enclosed room, she has no place to escape to............
You are on the right track - everything is so big to her and she is so small! Let her take her time and try to tempt her with cream of chicken baby food.
Yes, you did mention you had her in your bedroom. I think you are doing great. She needs to get used to having you in her life. She will. That’s great that she has already jumped on the bed with you. That means she will again. Just don’t give her a choice to isolate herself all over the house. I think you will be fine.
