I don’t think so. At this point, there are essentially no undecideds. All that remains are people who have made up their mind, but need to be motivated to act upon it. So this bombshell, such as it may be, is actually more important to folks who would be inclined to vote for Trump in any case.
Remember the hurricane and Obama flying out to inspect, doing the photo op with Christie? That, with the massive fraud, very likely put him over the edge.
There are many people who won't decide until that day. Some won't even really commit to whether they are going to vote or not until that day.
