Clinton has always had a light campaign schedule. She can’t draw a crowd, so she has a relative handful of tiny, carefully scripted “rallies” sandwiched between, even tinier “organizing events” where she meets with a handful of people, and closed to the public fundraisers.

She depends almost exclusively on massive amounts of attack ads, and has her media minions do the heavy lifting of actually campaigning for her. Whenever there is the need for actual human contact, she sends out Bill, Biden, Sanders, or 0bamas. Even Kaine has very limited engagements. Whenever he actually tries to have a “rally” it usually attracts dozens, and sometimes has to be cancelled because not even that many show up.

When you get right down to it, there is almost no enthusiasm for her, even among democrats. Even Bill, Biden and Sanders draw only a few hundred at most. Although, as the election gets closer, her crowds do seem to be getting larger, but still pales by comparison to the huge crowds who turnout for Trump.

Here’s an article about her “strategy” of small events:

Hillary Clinton Gambles in Choosing Small Events Over Huge Rallies

No politician actually choses to have tiny events, she has tiny events because there is so little interest.

Was watching Lou Dobbs the other day, and it was discussed that it was unheard of for a sitting President to be out stumping for a candidate...not only him, Moo chelle, too.
