You’ve got only half the verse right:
Matt 10:16 - Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
You need to work on the “wise as serpents” part. Congress would select somebody like Jeb or Ryan...
I’m all about the wise as serpents part...as well as the “sell your cloak and buy swords”! part!
