Well, Hillary had to have a child .. in order for her marriage to Bill to appear normal to the world.
And .. because of all of Bill’s drug and alcohol use, I always suspected he might have been sterile .. so Webb was the stand-in. I never really thought it was some kind of love affair .. not at all. Just another “deal” the Clintons paid money for .. in order to appear normal. But, Chelsea does resemble him; a lot.
This is just my best guess.
I’ll add another tin-foil thought:
Hillary bribed/threatened him if he didn’t provide her with some of his sperm in a condom - which she then used to impregnate herself. She’s a lesbian, right?
He would have never agreed to directly impregnate her himself because he knew how evil she is........and she would have never let him because he is a man........
