I’ll add another tin-foil thought:
Hillary bribed/threatened him if he didn’t provide her with some of his sperm in a condom - which she then used to impregnate herself. She’s a lesbian, right?

Not defending the Clintons but Bill has been Chelsea’s Dad. He raised her. Parenting, that is what gives you dad status. Webb provided a few sperm with droopy lips, is all.
I lived in his world, in Zug Switzerland. He owned that place. Paid for everything from soccer uniforms to.... kept a lot of lawyers very rich. My bosses were “friends-competitors” with him and my MIL worked for him.
His US tax evasion was only one small crime among all his other international trade crimes.
