We called them ladders. Next time just suspend bully from the team for the season. Parents all say, “Not my little Johnnie!”
Yep ladders is what we called them too. Only ours were a bit different. Jog up sideline for 10 yards, sprint accross the field, jog up to the 20 and sprint across. Repeat until you get back to where you started or until coach tells you to stop.
The one I hated the worse was laying on your back and holding your heels 6” off the ground until coach said stop. Those could really kick your butt or back I should say.
