A concealed weapon by definition, can not be a threat. A threat (i.e. ability / intent) requires that the weapon be perceived by the individual, thus it can not be concealed.

Hey go ahead and trust a guy in a clown suit if you want, I don’t give a damn. Refuse to acknowledge the threat of harm his clown suit represents. Refuse to acknowledge the possibility of a concealed weapon from a person deliberately dressed in a fashion designed to threaten bodily harm. Refuse to acknowledge the liability created by a person who deliberately dresses in a terroristic fashion in order to alarm people. Refuse to see the actions of terrorized people as self defense directly and irrevocable resulting from the non compos mentis deliberately created by the terroristic display. Jeez. While you’re at it, there’s a bunch of thugs in jail who need their hands held. Get on it as soon as possible. But please don’t let the real world pop your justice bubble, or any aspect of terroristic victimization slow you down from defending terrorists or potential murderers. Because of course, unless someone has actually been murdered and then confirmed as dead by the coroner along with the signed paperwork, they can’t legally defend themselves.
