Cloud says she worked as a high-end call-girl in the worlds most powerful city for 14 years, and claims she went for routine STD tests every other week. Bill Clinton was the only client she catered to between tests in April of 2015, meaning she was able to pinpoint the former President as the cause of her positive diagnosis. I can't find a good source, but it is my understanding that there is a lag between infection and detectability that exceeds the 2 week window she describes. If this is true, then she may have given it to him, but not received it from him. I doubt Hillary has been affected.

But, there's an expensive RNA test that only has a window time of 9-12 days.
