What we need at the next debate is someone (or several someones) sitting out in the parking lot with a broadband signal generator, amplifier, and a parabolic antenna. Just step all over over the RF band from just above FM radio out to a couple of GHz. Watch Clinton squirm from the squeals and noise in her ear, and the lack of talking points being fed to her.

Now there is that little thing of operating an unlicensed transmitter. So I'm not seriously advocating anyone break the law. Just that it would be an interesting and entertaining exercise...

It would probably be better to do a little research on likely equipment being used and the frequencies it works on so you wouldn't have to wash out so much - less chance of getting noticed if you don't blank out cell phones, cordless phones, various LEO radio bands, etc. in the area. Clinton's transmitter wouldn't be on any of those anyway.

Then again, if her audio gear guy is anything like her IT guy (ie. similarly qualified) he's probably already asked about various wireless earpieces on several forums. Maybe we should just go look for those.
