I cringed, BUT consider this... would he say that if he knew he was defrauding the IRS ? No way. He's said he

1) hates paying taxes like we all do,
2) hates to see the government waste our money and
3) does everything he legally can to pay as little as he can.

Bravo ! He should make that his standard answer regarding releasing his tax returns: "I won't release returns yet but here's what you'll find....."(repeat 1,2.3)

And point out that Obama and the Clintons claim all the tax deductions possibly, so they can also pay as less tax as possible.
