At BMW they have a “genius” that goes over the entire car before you leave the shop with it. The genius asked the wife if she ever changed her own oil. After she said no, the genius said, “Well, then, this lever here that opens the hood is called a Husband Handle. You never touch it.”

Her car is a SKY redline, I’ve gotten to maybe drive that thing 750 miles of the ~165,000 on it now. I try to stay on top of its maintenance because I imagine that one of these springs I’m going to have the time to hijack it for a weekend of ripping it up over some of these mountain roads out here...
It definitely has some pricier parts/repairs as far as Saturns went (we had 5), might be an AC compressor ready to seize that’s been heating it up some of late...
