Bob Seger owns this guy....he never got the press like Bruce, but until the mid-80s he outsold him in record sales & concert tickets. Then Seger slowed down & semi-retired in the mid-90s until his return in 2006. Seger has the better voice, by far & writes just as well, or better than Bruce ever did.
A film producer buddy of mine said it back in the 80s: “Springsteen is The Boss, but Seger is The Best!”
