Back around 1953 my Brothers and I would sneak into the “Isle of View” drive in theater through a hole in the fence. We would turn on a speaker in the last row.
The only problem was there were ants. I suspect they knew we were sneaking in but didn’t really care.
Saw my 1st Clint Eastwood movie that way at the Hartford Drive in on the Berlin Tpk in Newington Ct.

We had 2 drive ins we would walk to back then the other was the Pike ( I think)
Why would the ants care if you paid or not? ;)
