I don't want the guy arrested nor charged...I want him to change his behavior towards this little girl...if he can't handle her then she needs to be left home with mommy, or a friends house....

I agree that he should change his method of making the girl behave, but swatting flies with a sledgehammer is exactly the wrong thing to do.

You get them involved, and they will make his life miserable regardless of what is true. They should be a last resort, not the first thing that precious snowflakes think of when they don't like something.
