Too bad. Democrats trusted a leadership who must be under the blackmailing influence of the Clintons.
There is no other explanation for the Superdelegates nominating such a shallow, dishonest, weak, corrupted, decrepit, uninspiring, and evil person.

The hysteria on the Left of a Trump presidency is both delicious and exasperating. We’ve spent eight years being forced to bow down to a Muslim communist or be called “racist” if we objected and, frankly, we’re sick of it. Nothing Trump does to the Left is going to be half as sickening as the tripe patriotic conservatism have had to swallow from the Shroom Gang and the Clinton Racketeers.
Massive unemployment? Check.
Rioting in the streets? Check.
Muslim terrorism expanded at home and abroad? Check.
Socialist health care? Check.
Unimpeded massive immigration? Check.
Using the Justice Department to exonerate wrongdoing? Check.
Using the IRS to persecute political enemies? Check.
Using the EPA to go after energy producers? Check.
Gay Marriage? Check.
Forcing transgender restrooms? Check.
Forcing churches to pay for abortions? Check.
What, in our wildest dreams, could Trump do to this country that is worse than what Obama and his crowd has made us endure?

The answer to anything the Left says:
Do you hear the people sing?
Singing the song of angry men?
It is the music of the people
Who will not be slaves again!
When the beating of your heart
Echoes the beating of the drums
There is a life about to start
When tomorrow comes.

This pearl clutching, fainting couch screed could have been written in 1979 - Reagan was going to blow up the world with a nuclear war - LOL

I was just in the grocery store this morning and saw a similar headline blaring from the Globe and Mail. Then later, I saw the National Enquirer headlining an allegation that Bill Clinton groped a woman while on board the campaign jet and Hillary apparently did or said nothing about it.
Feels kind of strange to put more trust and belief into what I saw concerning the National Enquirer story as opposed to the Globe and Mail or in this case the National Post.

Yes, many people are to blame. Entrenched establishment politicians, lying media whores, rob-the-rich liberals, neo-socialist anarchists, amoral cultural "leaders," and a legion of other parasites who have stomped on the white middle class for half a century, smug in their certainty that no day of reckoning would ever come.
It's come.

Yes, the same people threw a lot of the same crap at Ronald Reagan - stupid, cowboy, played with the facts, tolerated right wing extremists, nonexistent ties to the Klan and Birchers, too old (how’s that ring with Hillary who seems to have perhaps 1/10 of the energy and vitality of Trump), a real danger on the world stage because he wasn’t a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (i.e, he will stand up for American interests) and he didn’t belong to the same country clubs as “good” (i.e., ineffectual) Republicans like the Bushes and Fords). They have nice things to say about Reagan now, but only because: 1) he is dead and no longer a threat; 2) they build a false contrast with Trump; and 3) few can deny he had one of the three most successful presidencies of the 20th century. Boo hoo, Mr. national Post columnist, write about the young fool that is running your country into the ground and BTW whose son is he, anyway, Pierre Trudeau’s or Mick Jagger’s??

We still need to get past the margin of fraud. Its who counts the votes that matters.
A lot of key people might not be so motivated. It's like when a relatively conservative Democrat (Glenn Poshard) won the Illinois primary in 2000 (the machine didn't take a downstater seriously). George Lyin' Ryan lied to pro-lifers who were inclidned to vote Republican by default, and the Chicago turnout was unusually low, allowing Ryan to win and govern until he had to go to jail.
Trump will be spending money on big projects in the cities, and with majorities in Congress can get it done.
Therte's money to be made by redoing JFK in NYC (and it WILL happen under Trump). It you are involved in NY construction or ANYTHING related to airports, are you going to be so eager for HRC to squeak in and get her hands tied on this stuff by a hostile Congress? The poverty pimpss and the Marxists can't pull off a large scale electoral heist by themselves. They need help, and they need to maintain alliances.

There is so much potential schadenfreude to be had this election. If Trump somehow manages to pull this off, the schadenfreude might kill me, lol! That perhaps is the one thing that keeps me from getting my hopes up too much, his victory would be so much fun, its like wishing to win the lottery ( but with the chances literally millions of times greater!).
Ahhh, shivering with Antici....pation...

for demonizing Muslims,How can you demonize one who follows, religiously, the Chief Demon? What absurdity! muslims kill innocents in a grotesque manner by the thousands and this guy wants to criticize someone for words spoken against such behavior? How in God's name can you defend what you have written, Andrew?
