Could just be “protective custody” which isn't an official charge. Someone may have thought she was “too drunk” and when the cops did a “welfare check” she may have acted in a manner in which LEO thought they were a “danger” to themselves. And yes, they can remove someone from their home if this is what the LEO believes. I know, it happened to me about 20 years ago.
