Her fingers are always so stiff. Usually when you give a thumbs up, you make a clenched fist. She’s not. She’s sort of curving her fingers. I read that stiffened fingers are a symptom of Parkinson’s.
Doesn’t look out of the ordinary to me in that photo. According to Parkinson literature, hand tremors/issues occur when the hand is at rest. Notice she often puts her hand to her chest or clasps her hands when she doesn’t have a podium or microphone nearby. The right hand/arm is also worthy to watch besides the freezes..
