Are her eye pupils the same size? She looks very sick.
The older image was available at 12+ megapixels. This one I couldn't find any bigger.
She was given medication to relax her right eye. When she had her seizure the optic nerve twitched, knotted and tensed up causing the eye to be fixed looking straight up. Same medication was injected into her tongue because it was rigged, sticking straight out of her mouth. Otherwise her doctor says she is doing fine.
