I loved this song as a teenager. I still do.
They'll never make music like that again.

I loved the way it was used in the Sopranos episode after the hit.

Makes me sad.
Came out after my first love broke up with me.
Only sad memories.

Phenomenal song: typical hippie poetry; but, oh, the groove, the sounds, the mix, all these make for tremendous enjoyment; and the lyrics somehow make a bit of sense, although I don’t know why.
I have actually written some Christian words to it, and our worship band performs it with great joy.

Love that song. It came out right before our wedding, and I had long blond hair and got married on a Monday.

Tin Man was my favorite song by America.
I think they also did Chestnut Mare:”I’m going to get that horse cause I can!”

Saw them play a set live at Disneyland when I was still a teenager...

Wonderful tune. Saw America in ‘74 live in Austin before this came out. Thanks.
