Yeah I checked the weather sites and it was 80F to 82F not long ago and this happened hours earlier so it was cooler than that at the time. Who collapses from the heat in less than 80F weather?
This is not negating the fact that Clinton had a very bizarre health episode - but we have just come off a very bad heat wave here (95 degrees) for a few days, high humidity, etc. Combine that with cars, trucks, buses, subway grates that send temperatures broiling, and it is much hotter than 80F.
I just don’t think that was the reason she was sick. She came in an air-cooled SUV, didn’t have to wait in line to be at the memorial, etc. No reason to become overheated at all.
