She looked/acted high as a kite, at the CIC forum and had to (literally) duck out of a presser/speech (?) just a day or two ago....due to ANOTHER coughing fit.
They have to time her appearances with the peak performance of whatever medications are working for her. Obviously, Cleveland was miscalculated, but that was a small crowd and they weren’t counting on rogue reporters recording that.
