Actually her remarks are an insight into her real thinking. That is how she thinks and talks among the Liberal Elite and for that matter the Republican Elites. They consider us deplorable and thus have no rights. Mao considered 90 million Chinese citizens deplorable. They were a threat to the regime and thus deplorable. They were executed.
The Elite always think they know best and anything they do be it deplorable in the extreme is for the greater good.
