Having FNC on for background chatter like I used to do, I have decided, is quite toxic. The messages, the attitude, the mindset all build gradually through the use of repeated words and phrases, so you’re just being programmed, even if you don’t think you’re paying attention.
I so agree. I used to do that too. Now, I keep NCIS reruns going. DeNozzo is cuter and funnier too
