I suggest they look at who they hire.

However, that it not blanket. In those stores are many fine hard working people.
who they hire and who shops their stores...if you have crappy people....white or black or yellow...leaving trash all over, spilling things, not flushing the toliets, not washing their hands, arguing with staff....you betcha stores are going to be different...
I would say that for the most part it is the clientele. They have no care, they have no courtesy. They drop things and don’t pick them up. If there is something on the floor they run over it....
