Creepy, but not statutory rape and not illegal.

Mom is going to have her wages (if she has a job) garnished for a long time to pay his medical bills if she's able to avoid prison time.

Um, no. 16 is the age of consent in Oklahoma. You might not approve of it, but it is absolutely not "statutory rape" under the state's laws.
