Not overweight. Got one three months ago. Snoring is gone. Used to wake up several times a night. Immediately started sleeping through the night not waking once. Wide awake all day now. I no longer get sleepy on long drives. Anyone here who doesn’t sleep right, ignore the negative crap in this thread and try it. It’s been nothing short of amazing. Blood pressure dropped, energy all day, and no side effects of any kind.

The "mask" I use. You custom fit it to your upper teeth and it fits VERY SECURELY and DOES NOT LEAK. Every other mask I have tried leaked at least a little but would wake me when it got so irritating you just cant ignore it! I went from 20-25% compliance to over 80% just by switching to this mask.
