Looks like Kap is preparing for life after football. He must know he’s not going to make the team. If he doesn’t earn the starting QB position he will be released - no team can afford to pay a back up that much. Seems he sees the writing on the wall.

Appears to me, given everything he has done since February that he is trying to get cut. Before the flag fiasco, his most recent attempt was missing an entire week of practice and a game with a "dead arm" which no Doctor could diagnose.
He needs to call and get friendly with other former quarterbacks Ryan Leaf and Johnny Manziel.
