I was told my 102-year-old grandmother died (15 years ago) from a fall while getting into the passenger side of a pickup truck. Snow and ice were complicating factors.

No one shared the name of the doofus who let a 102-year-old lady, well under five feet tall, try to climb into a pickup by herself with snow and ice on the ground.
