Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has claimed that she told the truth to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) when she was interviewed last month about her private email server and her mis-handling of classified information.
However, discrepancies between what she told the FBI that former Secretary of State Colin Powell told her about using private email while in office, and what Powell himself says that he told her, indicate that she did not tell the truth to the FBI.
For months, Democrats have tried to deflect controversy over Clintons private email server, and her destruction of emails her attorneys deemed personal, by arguing that her predecessors used private email addresses. But none used a private email server in their own homes, or deleted correspondence.
The FBIs report of its interview with Clinton suggests that she told investigators that Powell actually advised Clinton to use a private email address a conversation Powell does not recall.
The New York Times notes that Powell may have written an email to Clinton advising her to use a personal email address for unclassified messages, but to use a government computer for classified information, and never mentioned a private server.

Yeah and Bill and Killary lied to American people dozens of times.....And NOTHING HAPPENS!!
Funny how nobody ever accuses her of telling the truth
She also has said "I've always tried to tell the truth."
If Trump said something asinine like that, the media would have it in every story.
"Tried to tell the truth?"
BS.
Even Yoda disagrees.
Do or not do. There is no "try".
” I never knowingly...”
Never talk to the popos, as the YouTube video instructs. It soulds like we have more than enough laws on the books and promulgated through yhe regulations. So much for the canoe spills....
It will be the excuse given when she isn’t indicted for lying.

Question of the day - will he pull his endorsement or go back to his shanty on the plantation like a good boy?
Per your post, I didn’t read much that COULDN’T be used against you, if it ever came down to it.
Just more examples of the multi-American ‘Law’: I noted most of the notifications were related to the very loose nature of the statute(s)...The COULD indict a ham-sandwich.
