During WWII, a guy got a top secret folder, read it, and initialed the cover sheet before he realized he did not have adequate clearance to read it. He asked his supervisor what he should do. He was told to erase his initials, and initial the erasure.
That sounds like it had a “Burn Before Reading” classification. :=)
