Non-game animal...therefore no bag limit, no possession limit. The only limits are dictated by the amount of ammo you have.
I'm not a Florida resident but that is how non-game species are handled in other areas.
I bed they would be fun to bust with 22hornet.

They're herbivores so you might not be far off. I 'm thinking more like rabbit. From the looks of that pic with Andrew Zimmern they look like white meat, just like rabbit. Gonna have to check with my South American friends for some recipes. Otherwise it's gonna be Capybara cacciatore with some garlic bread and red wine.
