There are two very seasoned citizens ladies who go to my church. One is about 93 and the other is 99. Both were there today wearing summer weight dresses.

SOME old ladies with inadequate circulation and various other health challenges get chilly and need to overdress 24/7/365. Like Madame Secretary.
