Who are “they”? I can’t make excuses for my fellow Louisianians. Except that, after Jindal was sworn in all he ever did for eight years was to run for president and run his mouth, and it made for a very low Republican turn out.
Jindal would go on the national media and sound like Thomas Jefferson’s love child. Or Ronald Reagan’s son. He is also Constitutionally ineligible to run.
