He may have “gender reassignment” surgery and take hormones the rest of his life to stop beard growth and soften facial features among other so-called benefits, but his genetics will ALWAYS show male. That should probably be the deciding factor and not whatever the person identifies as. It isn’t fair to the women competitors.
