Soon they will have to call him Mr President. All the while knowing that their phony world is about to come crashing down...if they don’t already have an idea.:)

Doubt they ever will. They never called "W" "Mr. President"; he was always called "Mr. Bush".

Trying to remember if enough decency remained back in the 80s whereby they called President Reagan "Mr. President". I think Sam Donaldson did.
