I say the owner of the toll road can charge whatever they want and spend it on whatever they want. You seem to say they can’t profit. This means you are opposed to toll roads and in favor of the growth of government.
A third choice is none of the above.
I said no such thing. I have no idea which post of mine you’re replying to. I have no problem with tolls, and especially for a private toll road. The owner is free to charge whatever the market will bear.
