Income taxes, high gas taxes, and then a toll. It is never enough. Typically the roads are not maintained. It's like schools: you pay local, state, and federal income taxes; the state lottery is supposed to benefit schools, and yet it is never enough.
Well from what I read earlier in the thread, this is a private toll road. Do you have a problem with private toll roads? And where do you think private toll roads get money to operate?
