I do have an IPad 2 and there has not been an IOS update that hasn’t installed and it works perfectly. The lap/desktops do age out, my wife has experience with that.
Yes but many of the apps won’t work on legacy models regardless. I know Apple iPad users who cannot use their older iPad ecen though the OS is updated. I personally cannot stand using ipads or phone compared to Android. And the lockdown is ridiculous. I can put a 164gb sdcard on my phone and tablet.
