Contacts with fixed pupils are quite obvious.
to CHANGE eye color,
opaque iris are needed.

these things are sometimes called ‘circle’ lenses)
HRC’s eye color, from earlier times,
have been reported as either brown
or hazel.
there are no recent Hillary pics with
dilated pupils you would expect in dim light.
all pics show shark eyes.

HRC apparently, also needs myopia correction.
hit ‘-3’ diopters or so..
there are also, ‘enhancer’ type color lens,
that is not what HRC uses. She needs opaque,
which leads to a ‘blank-stare effect’
