Yes I agree. Evolutionary science has proven that men are leaders. Not women. Although there are few great female leaders in history, they are an exception rather than the rule. Margaret Thatcher, Golda Meir, Joan of Arc all come to mind.
I don’t have a problem with women leading per se, I just think combat leaders need to have combat experience as a starter, or at least experience working with combat troops in training.
And to get either of those, a person has to be in a combat unit.
And the concept of putting women into combat units as a function of logistics and unit cohesion is an unsatisfactory one, so that is why I oppose their roles as combat leaders.
In industry, I think they are fine.
