OK, cite me the statute that makes "impersonating a journalist" a crime.

Anyone who sells a product that, after the sale, can be found to be substantially NOT what was agreed to can be prosecuted for fraud. Why is someone impersonating a journalist exempt? Like I said, make them spend $50,000 making the case. In fact fraud involving “wire communication” is even more severe, as I recall and fraud across state lines as well.
