My diagnosis is atrial fibrillation or tachycardia resulting in high propensity for stroke treated by Coumadin ( warfrin) blood thinners. When the heart is fluttering the blood tends to gather in eddies or pools and coagulates because it is not circulating properly. This causes a risk of “Throwing a clot” Also it accounts for the terrible swelling we see in her ankles and feet because she has congestive heart failure. This arrhythmia is treatable with rf ablation but if she does that it will blow the whistle on her serious condition. She curtails fluid intake because she is not processing fluids and they are bloating her real bad. also she may be on a diuretic to pass fluids which drives the dehydration even more. She passes out.
We need all of her medical records in order to assess her condition and fitness for office. It is getting worse and worse.

She is on anticoagulation therapy because of the blood clot in her brain. Not A fib.
